🐟 INGREDIENTS FOR PAN SEARED SALMON:
1 1/4 lb skinless boneless salmon filets cut into 4 filets (5 oz each about 1″ thick)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp grated lemon zest
4 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice from 2 lemons
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced

i think i like this better than your lime salmon. it is so tender the marshals showed me how to make tender chicken and beef. for cutlets cut in half and then cut slits with a knife in each piece, chicken or beef then cover with plastic wrap and pound with a mallet like you have. the cuts give the meat a place to expand and they flatten much much easier than if you forget to cut the slits. fry a few seconds on each side in oil or butter and dinner is done and you wont get tired of chicken again serve immediately on a plate and eat, sides already plated up. season with salt and pepper quickly while frying. only a few seconds til done and very juicy. dont forget to cut slits on top of the meat already sliced thin.they said they didnt show everybody this.
